Controls the display of layers in a PDF underlay.
When you select a PDF underlay, the PDF Underlay ribbon contextual tab displays. From the contextual tab, you can click Edit Layers or enter PDFLAYERS. The Underlay Layers dialog box displays.
The ULAYERS command manages the layers of all underlays in the current document regardless of type: DWF, DWFx, PDF, and DGN.
